I love working in many different roles: customer-facing, core engineering, program management, and people management are just a few. What *really* drives me is knowing I have accomplished something that matters, each and every day. I'm energetic and self-driven, and a great communicator. I have a deep appreciation for people, regardless of culture or background, which contributes to my success in building cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. My engineering undergrad combined with an MBA has allowed me to balance my desire to develop products that are more likely to succeed in the market.
