Everyone’s body has a way it wants to move. For Sallie Herrold, that way is yoga.

In June 2012, Sallie had a dream that she owned a yoga studio in Boise’s North End. A few days later she learned that the Hollywood Market was for sale. Sallie submitted an offer, and in late July 2012, picked up the key to her dream. The first time she stepped into the space, Sallie fell in love with the amazing energy and history of the building. The former owner Margaret Lawrence, operated the market for 45 years. Her mantra sign “Happiness is Spoken Here” was hung outside the building which now hangs inside the yoga space.

Today, with one location in the Boise North End and one soon to be on its way in Southeast Boise Hollywood, Market Yoga is the place to go in the Boise area for Hot Yoga because of it’s fun vibe, variety of class styles and quality teachers.
