Rachel Greenberger is Co-founder and Director of Food Sol, an educational startup she built from scratch into a nationally recognized first-of-its-kind program. Food Sol is centered around gatherings of food entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and students, and has given thousands of people direct access to a specialized network of professionals and peers.  The Economist, Financial Times, and Poets & Quants have all recognized Food Sol as a leader in food entrepreneurship education and innovation.
Now a recognized thought leader in food entrepreneurship, Rachel writes and speaks on new food business models, industry mega trends, the future of food, and experiential education. Her work has appeared in the Stanford Social Innovation Review and the Boston Globe.  She designed and teaches a graduate-level elective in food entrepreneurship.  Beyond Babson, Rachel advises her husband's Italian food-tourism company Food Stories Travel (her three favorite things), and serves on the Board of Directors to the Boston Public Market.
