Jeff Huhn has been in the banking industry for 29 years, including over 12 years with First
Interstate Bank, where he serves as the Boise Metro Market President. He holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking
School at the University of Washington. Jeff began his banking career in the San Francisco Bay
Area in 1990 and spent over a decade providing debt financing for venture capital-backed
technology and biotechnology companies in the Bay Area and Southern California, including
managing the San Diego Technology Practice for Silicon Valley Bank. In 2003, Jeff moved to his
wife’s hometown of Boise, ID. Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of St. Mark’s School,
Friends of Zoo Boise, Kickstand.org, and Hillcrest Country Club. He and his wife live in Boise
and have a daughter studying at the University of Utah and a son at The College of Idaho.
