Jeffrey J. Bailey is professor of management and human resources at the University of Idaho. He has been with the University of Idaho since 1991. He enjoys developing a greater awareness of the challenges facing executives as well as solutions to those challenges. He has worked with hundreds of executives over the years through the various College of Business and Economics’ speaker series and through the UI Executive MBA program. His research focuses on behavioral decision making, management education, and health & wellness. He teaches courses in strategic management, human resources management, and a variety of integrated courses and topics in the UI Executive MBA program.
