Two classes with two of the Treasure Valley’s top instructors, set to the beat of two different playlists = One unforgettable sweat filled experience.

Classes will be lead on the lawn by Womeness’ own co-founder Genevieve Nuttingworth, and Sweatfest Co-Founder Nina Banducci. Think yoga, pilates, barre and hiit all in under 40 minutes.

Did we mention we will have 40 Kaliedisco headsets, so the beats will be bumping to keep your body moving.
