In the hyper-competitive world we live in, lean product development is critically important. With disruption lurking around every corner, efficiently and quickly creating the products our customers want has become a matter of life and death for organizations in any sector. To survive, companies need a solid process for innovation.

Thinking of product and feature ideas of "experiments" that need to be tested and validated will save you time and large sums of money. Some entrepreneurs believe they need to write code or build an impressive prototype before any meaningful feedback can be had. Take a moment to explore the methods our panelists have employed to bring products to market that might have otherwise died on the vine.
