Many chefs open pop-up restaurants to showcase their talents to a wider audience, experiment with new recipes and menu designs, or prototype a new concept. As we witness the evolution of Boise's culinary scene, pop-ups have become an intriguing, and often elusive, aspect of the culinary ecosystem. This curated panel discussion will cover current state and future trends, told through the experiences of the creative culinary minds behind Boise's favorite pop-ups and the local restaurateurs who support them.

The panelists for this session are:

  • Kris Komori, KIN (Co-Owner & Chef)
  • Michelle Russell, The Kula Connection (Founder & CEO)
  • Brad Wegelin, Toasted (Co-Owner & Chef)

In addition to the panel discussion, each of the panelists will provide food samples to those in attendance.
