Trailmix is focused on creating awareness of food entrepreneurs and food startups to give them the ability to network with industry leaders, investors, and other companies. The showcase portion of the event is trade show style set up. We will be encouraging the public to mix and mingle with every booth.
Trailmix is presented by Albertsons at Trailhead, in partnership with the Boise Startup Week Food Track.
There will be 15-20 "showcasers" displaying their unique products for the public to vote on. The types of food products range from handmade chocolate to a new spin on granola.
